If our prices were to change, you will be notified at least 30 days in advance. You can then choose to continue or adjust your subscription.
Started months are not refundable, but you can cancel at any time for the following month. No hidden fees, no penalties.

For your convenience, we accept several payment methods:
Your invoices are available in electronic format in your customer area and sent by email.
If you encounter payment difficulties, contact us. We prefer to find a solution together rather than apply penalties. In the absence of contact, Belgian legal provisions relating to late payments will apply.
In case of an unpaid invoice for more than 15 days without hearing from you, we may have to temporarily suspend access until the situation is resolved.
Your subscription renews monthly. You remain free in your choices, without binding commitment.
You can cancel at any time from your customer area or by a simple email to support@secucentral.eu. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current month. No justification is required, although your feedback helps us improve.
We only terminate an account in exceptional cases:
Your data belongs to you. If you leave, you have 30 days to export it. Our team can assist you in this process if necessary.

In all cases, our liability is limited to the amount of your subscription for the last 12 months. This is standard practice that allows us to offer affordable pricing.
We always act in good faith and will do our best to resolve any problems you may encounter.
We aim for maximum availability of SecuCentral. Our infrastructure is sized to meet our clients' needs with good performance.
Proactive monitoring 24/7, rapid interventions in case of problems, transparent communication about incidents.
Maintenance operations are sometimes necessary. We schedule them outside peak hours and notify you in advance when possible. Urgent maintenance (security) may exceptionally be immediate.
If you notice unusual slowness, report it to us. We will investigate and act to restore optimal performance.
Although we do not offer a contractual SLA with automatic compensation (which allows us to maintain affordable pricing), we take every incident very seriously and always seek to satisfy our clients.

SecuCentral is a Belgian company. These terms are governed by Belgian law.

In case of differences between language versions, the French version prevails.
If something is wrong, let us talk about it! Most problems are solved through a simple exchange. Contact us at support@secucentral.eu, we will respond quickly.
If we cannot reach an agreement, you can appeal to a mediator. For cross-border disputes in the EU: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr
If no amicable solution is found, the courts of Mons (Belgium) will have jurisdiction. The procedure is conducted in French.

These terms, together with your subscription contract, constitute our entire agreement.
If a clause were invalidated, the others would remain applicable.
If we do not strictly apply a rule once, it does not mean we waive it for the future.
